About The Application:

Our Client's Requirements was that: "Healthcare's Patients can monitor their vital signs using their own phone by installing the application from the Play Store or App Store, same by connecting the bluetooth and their family members (caregivers) can also track or update the health status of their loved ones & this can be done by answering surveys, checking medication reminders, and monitoring upcoming and missed medications and vitals."

Design Challenges:

We need to develop Patient Monitoring App Designs for individuals aged 40 and above, and Caregiver App designs for those in the 18 to 30 age bracket with the same design consistency like their Patient Monitoring Device(TAB) Provided By the healthcare with Same Flow.

   This screen displays the to-do tasks for caregivers to view the tasks assigned to patients, as well as the tasks that have been completed or missed for the current day and previous days.
